We are pleased to offer China Visa Application Service in Japan for Single Entry, Double Entries, and Multiple Entries China Visa with choices of different visa types and delivery service to fit your travel needs.

*All non-Japanese nationals who currently reside in Japan and has a valid "Certificate of Alien registration" card are welcome to apply for China visa through our service.
(from Osaka and/or all other prefectures.)

[3] HOW TO APPLY
1.	Please collect the following documents and submit to us in person or by registered mail . ( Address & Map )
	The following documents are required upon visa application:
For ALL Nationalities' Applicants
1. Original Passport       The Passport must have:-     i) Entry stamp to Japan (valid re-entry stamp as well if you are returning to Japan) ii) At least 3 blank page; amendment pages and pages with bar codes are not acceptable for visa stamping. iii) at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.     2. One recent passport size photo with white background color (3cm×4cm). **Digital photo is not acceptable.     3. Photocopy of "Certificate of Alien registration" card . (both sides)     We are unable to accept your application if you do not have a valid Certificate of Alien registration card. Applicants who do not have a valid Certificate of Alien registration card must apply in person at the Chinese embassy or consulate.     * The occupation prited on your Certificate of Alien registration card MUST NOT BE "Temporary Visitor"(短期滞在).     ** If your occupation is "Pastor" or if it indicates that you work for a religeous organization on your Certificate of Alien registration card, please contact us inadvance as additional documents are required.

For All Business Visa Applicants :
	The following additional documents required for all Business Visa applicants.
1.	Certificate of Employment
	• Click here to download a sample of certificate of Employment • Must be signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above) of your company in Japan & sealed with an official seal of the company.
2.	Business Letter ( Invitation Letter )

For All Nationalities' Applicants aged 0-17 :
	The following additional documents required for applicants aged 0-17yrs.
	(i) Parent's Passport Copies and
	(ii) Birth Certificate Copy
[4] PASSPORT PICK UP & DELIVERY SERVICE
●	You may visit our office for visa application & pick up. (Map)
●	If application is submitted by mail, delivery charge of 800 Yen will be applied & delivery time will vary (usually 1-3 days).
[5] TERMS & CONDITIONS
●	Type (L) or (F) Visa will be issued through the above China visa application service.
	● (L) Visa is issued to an alien who comes to China for sightseeing, family visiting or other private purposes.   ● (F) Visa is issued to an alien who is invited to China for a visit, an investigation, a lecture, to do business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or internpractice for a period of no more than six months.
●	For the applicants who already had China Visa before, and would like to apply for L or F Visa again, their previous visa should be totally expired OR has been cancelled before application.
●	The visa's type, validity of the visa, duration of stay, and number of entries are issued at the discretion of consular officers, whose decisions are based strictly on the laws and regulations of the Chinese Government. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with Chinese laws and regulations and /or revoke issued visas. Meanwhile, the consular officers reserve the right to refuse any application and withhold disclosure of the reason for the refusal.
[6] PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND
Payment
Non-refundable full payment is required upon China visa application.
Payments shall be maid in Japanese Yen either by money transfer to our designated bank (Furikomi) or in cash by registered mail (Kakitome) sent by Japanese Postal Service, or in person at our office.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for account information. reina@yuyucec.com
* Please do not send us the return shipping fee. It is payable to the delivery driver when the passport is returned to you.
Cancellation, Refund
Under normal circumstance, refund of Visa fee will not be granted if the application is cancelled or rejected.
